Luxury cabins surrounded by nature
Escape from the city hustle & bustle
Cabin Lodge Mountain is located in Hella, about a 1 hour and 40-minute drive from Reykjavík. This charming wood cabin offers stunning views of the surrounding forest. The remote location ensures minimal light pollution, making it an excellent spot for viewing the northern lights. During the summer, you can also enjoy the beautiful midnight sun. The lodge provides complete privacy, making it perfect for honeymoons or adventurous getaways. The custom-made king-size bed is centrally placed in the cabin, allowing you to sleep under the stars or the midnight sun. Side curtains are available if needed.
Please note that the cabin's roof does not have curtains, so light from the moon or sun may be present, and it won't get completely dark. We provide sleeping masks during the summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like free coffee and tea, pasta, rice, cereals, vinegar, and oil. It also includes a dining table with two chairs, a toaster, a fridge, two stoves, a water heater, and a microwave. Fresh food such as animal products and vegetables, as well as breakfast, are not provided. The bathroom features a spacious rain shower in a cozy spa-like setting. With your booking, you also gain access to a private outdoor hotpot next to the lodge, offering breathtaking views of the volcano Hekla, the Icelandic highlands, and a beautiful natural river.
